Discover the Opti Side 450 sand filter from Poolex, a new product for 2024 designed by Poolstar to guarantee clean and healthy water in your aquatic environment. Ideal for pools up to 45 m³, this reference model offers a maximum flow rate of 7.80 m³/h and has an effective filtration surface of 0.16 m². This filter stands out for its durable tank made of HDPE, a fully recyclable high-density polyethylene, ensuring robust construction and optimal resistance to high pressures for exceptional longevity. With a diameter of 450 mm, the tank can accommodate a filter media load of 45 kg of sand or 35 kg of glass, with a recommended particle size of 0.5 to 0.8 mm to maximize impurity retention.

Designed for efficiency and easy maintenance, the Opti Side 450 filter is equipped with a 6-way side valve and an integrated pressure gauge for simple pressure control. Its intelligent design makes cleaning and replacing filter elements quick and effortless, thus minimizing downtime for your installation. Highly versatile, it easily integrates into existing systems as it is compatible with a wide variety of filtration pumps. Its standard 1.5" (50 mm) inlet and outlet connections and compact dimensions of 360 x 420 x 730 mm greatly facilitate its installation in your technical room.

Designed to cope with demanding environments, it can withstand a maximum operating pressure of 2.0 bar (28 PSI) and filter water at temperatures up to 40°C.
